Are you using internet form exam hall and seeking for answer ?hehe i could say in your words Does there has to be any relationship hehe yes you do state your answer that way, that you do.. well tangents does have some common point if we are speaking about topics , so what does tangent do, it is bit of extra read it could balance the topic like when one is writing a 15 marks essay hehe on serious note the relation between tangent and balance could be same as of how many things are around in our lives ,do try to catch my drift here,i think i am up to something here .like many things are not worth in our life but they are there like say our life is mostly about eating ,copulating ,procreating and leaving behind some mark in history hai so they are the main topic ,so tangents here could be how the tree that gave me shelter in rain on my way home or how some breeze that reminded me of my childhood or when you stepped on puddle of mud , these are things that are not nearly related to our life but somehow they balance our life as a whole ,i hope you understand because now i am confusing myself hehe ..
