line poetry from me and saathi

for you i got used to all the roads
and the sheeps and all the smelly goats, and asses with a ton of loads
the creek, the fence, the leading hoards
the women in skimpy clothing on vast billboards
switching on, switching off in different modes
i got used to crossing soldiers forts
by the days the firings and by the nights the snorts
all in all, u know, every sorts
the fat ones, bald ones, tall ones and the shorts
and the spitting sailors in unwashed ports
the alarm goes off and everything aborts
and i think of my pending reports
the perpetrators need to be taken to the courts
for criminal offense or a civic setllement of torts?
for all the lies, truths and the distorts
